CUSTOMER REFUND AND SATISFACTION INFORMATION

PhotoFrost wants you to be completely satisfied with your products. All products are inspected before they are shipped to you. If you are not sure of the system or supplies that you need, please contact PhotoFrost at 352-528-9292 before ordering and we will make sure that you get the appropriate items needed. You may also email us at sales@photofrost.com with any questions as well.

It is important that you understand which items are the appropriate items needed to accomplish your desired end results. We do not want to put you in the position of returning products that were ordered by mistake. Open supplies or used printers cannot be returned or refunded since they are considered to be edible products by the FDA. Defective products will be returned only if you first contact PhotoFrost at 352-528-9292 to advise us of the problem and request an RMA number.

Please inventory your order upon receipt as PhotoFrost will not be held responsible for missing product claims after 10 business days.

PhotoFrost cannot refund shipping charges of any kind. The only exception is if PhotoFrost makes a mistake with your order, in which case the correct items will be returned and shipped at our cost.

PhotoFrost is not responsible for any delivery delays, as once the package leaves our facility we no longer have control of delivery dates and times. Please plan accordingly.
